Service Modifications
We may update or adjust parts of our services when needed. If a change affects an ongoing project, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.

Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Pricing
The cost of your services is outlined in your Service Agreement or proposal. If fees change, we’ll provide at least 7 days’ notice before new rates take effect.
Payment Terms
Invoices are sent according to the payment schedule in your Service Agreement. Payments must be completed within 3 calendar days of receiving the invoice.
We accept payment via credit or debit card, direct bank transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo.
Late Payments
If payment isn’t received within 3 calendar days, it will be marked as late. Services may be paused or suspended until payment is made.
Refunds
Refunds are not available unless required by law.
Chargebacks
Contact Us First
If you have concerns about a payment, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue directly.
Client Responsibility
You’re responsible for all payments under your Service Agreement. If a chargeback is filed, you’ll be liable for:
The disputed amount
A 10% administrative fee
Any additional costs we incur during the dispute process
Service Suspension
If a chargeback occurs, your services may be paused until the full amount and fees are settled. This may also affect ongoing or future projects.
Repeated Chargebacks
Multiple chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension of your account or changes to your payment terms. In such cases, future payments may be required upfront or through secure methods such as wire transfer.
Legal Action
Genius Marketing Co. reserves the right to take legal action to recover disputed amounts, including attorney fees and any costs related to the chargeback.
Notification
All chargeback-related communication will be sent to the contact information provided in your Service Agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all private and sensitive information shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose your information unless required by law or with your permission.
Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, strategies, and other work created by Genius Marketing Co. remain our property unless stated otherwise in your Service Agreement. You permit us to use your brand materials as needed to complete your project.
Term and Termination
Term
These Terms begin when you accept them and remain in effect until terminated by either party.
Termination by Client
You may end your agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. You’ll only be responsible for work completed up to that point.
Termination by Genius Marketing Co.
We may end the agreement if:
Payments are not made as agreed
These Terms are violated
Unlawful or unethical activity occurs
Effect of Termination
Once an agreement ends, all services will stop, and a final invoice will be issued for any remaining work or unpaid fees.
Limitation of Liability
We take pride in delivering quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as profits, rankings, or conversions.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected damages, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service within the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genius Marketing Co., its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Materials you provide
Your breach of these Terms
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Both parties agree to handle disputes fairly and waive the right to a jury trial.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections will still apply.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with your Service Agreement or proposal, make up the entire agreement between you and Genius Marketing Co. and replace any previous discussions or understandings.
